with a few exceptions.
Countryside® Farms will unequivocally accept for credit or exchange any
non-food merchandise that has not been marked or damaged when returned within 10
days of receipt and accompanied by the sales invoice*.
We will credit the value of the item, plus shipping charges, if applicable. You
will undoubtedly appreciate the quality of our fragrance products and
the effortlessness of telephone, internet or mail ordering. Our
reputation and our customer policy is your assurance of committed
service and guaranteed satisfaction. Simply contact our customer
care department
for answers to your questions, helpful recommendations and assistance with
your selections. When you call us, you’ll find friendly, knowledgeable
people who will listen to your needs and work with you to find a solution.
We cannot accept the return of any food product such as dried herbs,
spices and seasoning blends.
*Please telephone,
fax or email ahead of any returns
to receive your return authorization number. Your shipment cannot be
accepted without the return authorization number plainly written on each
carton returned. Cartons lacking authorization numbers may be refused
and returned to sender. Alternately, please use an insured shipping
method with packaging tracking, and return to sender's f.o.b., point of
origin.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Countryside®
takes extreme care to fill and pack your orders properly. For your protection, please refuse
and do not sign for merchandise that has obvious external damage.
In the event of concealed damage, please keep the original shipping
carton and packing materials for carrier inspection and retain until
your claim is concluded. Contact customer care for further
information and instructions.
RETURNS AND ALLOWANCES:
All sales are final. However, Countryside®
may accept returns which have been authorized in writing. Countryside®
may grant or refuse authorizations for any return in its sole discretion.
Returns may be subject to restocking fees up to 30%. Allowances will not be made for unsold merchandise
or for any food product. Shipping charges, including S&P fees, special
packaging or return freight
costs are non-refundable on merchandise not due to our error.
WARRANTY: Countryside®
warrants that merchandise will be of good quality, material and workmanship,
merchantable and free of defects. We certify that all applicable
provisions of federal, state and local laws have been fully complied with in and
that all weights and measures are true and correct and that all merchandise
conforms and complies with the applicable provisions of the Fair Labor Standards
Act, Consumer Products Safety Act, Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and all
applicable laws of the United States of America. Company products are made
in the USA and where possible, ingredients and packaging components are sourced
domestically. All fragrance products are Cruelty-Free and without animal
testing.
PRODUCT LIABILITY & INSURANCE
COVERAGE: Product Liability Insurance coverage is
furnished on all Countryside®
products without additional cost to the purchaser. Countryside®
shall not be liable for prospective profits or special, indirect, or
consequential damages, nor shall recovery of any kind against Countryside®
be greater than the purchase price of the specific material sold and causing the
alleged loss or damage.
