You are invited to telephone weekdays between the hours of 9:30am until 4:30pm, eastern time zone  (GMT/UTC -5).  Courteous experienced operators can answer your questions.  We can accept your orders over the telephone or help you locate a Countryside Retailer in your neighborhood.  Products usually ship within 24-48 hours from receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

Countryside® accepts payment by MasterCard® and Visa®, PayPal®, check or postal money order.

Retail Sales Taxes:  Delivery addresses located within Florida or Pennsylvania will have retail sales taxes added to the total amount of entire order, includes charging tax on shipping and handling charges.  If you are tax-exempt, please fax your exemption certification to 814-587-6047.

International Orders:  International shipments will be confirmed upon receipt and prices do not include freight charges, custom duties, taxes, drayage, export packaging, or document processing fees.  International orders are payable in U.S. Dollars.  Payment should be made by bank wire transfer or check drawn on a U.S. Bank. 

Address Corrections:  Special handling fee of $15 will be charged for an incomplete or incorrect delivery address that results in the carrier making a charge-back to Countryside.  Incorrect postal codes, omitted number or relocations are examples of addresses requiring destination carrier address correction. 

Proof of Delivery:  When requested by the recipient, confirmation of delivery, date, time and name of person accepting shipment can be provided within 60 days of service.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method of Payment:

Acceptable methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Check, Money Order or charge to a valid Countryside Open Account in good credit standing.  Payment by telegraphic transfer, electronic funds transfer is also available.  Countryside does not accept counter checks, third-party checks or cash.

Open Account Credit:

Your taxpayer number must be furnished for any Open Account transaction using Net-30 day open credit services.  Individuals and Sole Proprietorships must furnish a Social Security Number.  No refunds over $600 may be processed or issued to your account without the Business Taxpayer Identification Number and IRS Certification that you are not subject to backup withholding on your account.

Shipping Rate Quotations:

Rate quotations by our agents and employees will be based upon currently available information but the final shipping charges may vary based upon the shipment actually tendered.  Countryside will not be liable for, nor will any adjustment, refund or credit of any kind by made as a result of, any discrepancy in the rate quotation made prior to the actual shipment and what appears on the final invoice., unless the rate applied at the time of shipment is inconsistent with the shipment actually delivered.  Dimensional weight is charged for certain items and is calculated by multiplying the carton length by width by height in inches and dividing the total to calculate density in cubic inches per pound.  If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, additional charges may be accessed based upon the dimensional weight.

Countryside does not provide quotations or estimates of Export Customs Duties or Importation Taxes.
