Our private label program is designed to make it easy for your business to increase customer recognition with your own brand of home fragrance products.  Please review the following guidelines and contact Customer Care when you are prepared to implement your private label program.

Private Label Brand Development - Custom Solutions for Home Fragrance Merchandising. 

Countryside® is in the homes of many cultures with a variety of retail distribution groups.  Department stores, cosmetic departments, gift departments and the bath department.  Fine linen, bed and bath establishments, Specialty gift stores, floral retailers, prestigious tourist attractions, museum gift shops, historical institutions and duty-free shops.  We recognize the power of reaching new consumers through a variety of specialty distribution channels while building a truly global business, maintaining our long-standing reputation for excellence.  Potpourri, handmade in Pennsylvania USA, now sold around the world.

Private label users also include; Perfume and cosmetic manufacturers, hotel room amenities, linen stores and gourmet gift basket manufacturers.  Product line extensions, purchase with purchase programs, and gift with purchase programs.  Custom hotel amenities, room fragrances and drawer sachets.  Herb and spice packaging, blending of spices and seasoning mixes, mulling spices for ciders and wines.  Bulk cinnamon stick packaging for seasonal merchandising at leading grocery stores, coffee shops and tea houses.

COMPOSITION / INGREDIENTS:

Standard ingredient and fragrance composition.  Custom ingredients and custom fragrance development available upon request.  Set-up fees may be necessary for small production volumes.  Laboratory formulation fees may apply.

CUSTOMER FURNISHED MATERIALS:

Custom pressure sensitive labels, hang-tags and boxes must be furnished minimum 10 days prior to production.  Please inspect all personalized labels, tags and boxes prior to shipping to us for assembly.  Countryside® is not responsible for printing errors or variations in your paper, board quality, paperboard packaging, die-cuts, scoring or color standards.  Please consider using recycled packaging materials.

PRODUCT LICENSING:

Samples of Countryside® packaging may be provided as examples for size and layout.  If you utilize one of our design features or intellectual properties you may need to execute a License Agreement and or disclose that your packaging and trademark is licensed or originates from Countryside®.  Particular designs and or trademarks remain the exclusive property of Countryside®.

INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS:

Charges for custom art and design may apply.  International orders must include magnetic media or camera ready artwork or allow up to eight weeks for language translation, processing and approval.  International design development, translation fees and printing charges will be calculated prior to acceptance of your work.  International orders require payment in advance or payment by Letter-of-Credit. 

Countryside® reserves the right to refuse  business transactions to all countries that have a record of human rights abuse or discrimination against women and minorities.

PRODUCTION QUOTATIONS:

Countryside® has many adaptable versions of home fragrance packaging as shown on this website.  If you elect to have customization, we will require a complete product description, actual sample or drawing, desired appearance or ingredient composition, size, weight and the target acquisition price.

COMPETITIVE PRICES:

Quotations are prepared and based upon production volume, order size, quality of ingredients, size and type of packaging.  Your final cost shall be determined by unit cost, packaging components and assembly labor.  We suggest that firm quotations be obtained prior to issuing new orders.  Because of price fluctuations and seasonal availability of certain botanical ingredients, fragrance oils, extracts and other factors, Countryside® prices are subject to change without notice.
